Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Norwood, OH

Department: Interventional Pain Management

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays

Responsibilities:

As a nurse at Riverhills Neuroscience, you will play a crucial role in patient care, contributing to both clinical and administrative functions. Your responsibilities include:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for exams
• Collect pertinent information from the patient, including symptoms, medical history, and any recent changes in their condition
• Assisting physicians with various injections
• Assess and triage patients concerns and medical questions
• Obtaining lab results, testing reports, and hospital notes
• Maintaining exam rooms, procedure rooms, and equipment according to protocol

Background and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• One year of formal training as a LPN or RN in a healthcare setting
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Strong patient education skills are preferred
