The Order and Data Entry Associate is responsible for the data and order entry provided by our customers.
This is a Seasonal position through December 2025

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for entry of customer orders from multiple sources
• Process requests for returns, credits & cancellations
• Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
• Post customer comments internally and perform customer follow-up if necessary.
• Meet and exceed our order entry metrics, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
• Perform additional Customer Service-related tasks as needed.
• Other projects as necessary
