Key Responsibilities
· Install new software on company devices according to detailed instructions provided by the IT Manager.
· Provision new laptops for deployment, including setup, imaging, and configuration based on company standards.
· Assist users with the transition to the company’s most recent Windows operating system upgrade, answering questions and troubleshooting as needed.
· Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth user experience during the technology rollout.
· Follow established procedures and documentation to ensure consistent and secure implementation of all tasks.
Requirements
· 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
· Familiarity with Windows operating systems, software installation, and laptop provisioning.
· Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people succeed with technology.
· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting Windows 10 or Windows 11 upgrades in a business environment.
· Previous involvement in short-term IT deployment projects.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.
