Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist expats with daily administrative needs such as expense reporting, document preparation, appointment scheduling, and service setup (e.g. utilities, phone, bank accounts).
- Maintain accurate records of expat files, including visa applications, lease agreements, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support housing, transportation, and integration services.
- Provide guidance on local administrative procedures including government registration, ID cards, and healthcare enrollment.
- Prepare welcome packets, relocation checklists, and orientation materials for incoming expatriates.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and facilitate communication between expats and relevant departments or service providers.
- Respond promptly to expat inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Support events and initiatives that help expats integrate into their new community or workplace.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role (preferably in HR, relocation, or a multinational organization).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and professionalism when working with international clients.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of immigration or relocation processes is a strong asset.
- Customer service experience in an international or hospitality context.
