Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Facilitator (After School Program) chez Morongo Unified School District

The Site Facilitator will be responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the programs, including all ELO curriculum, homework help, nutrition, and enrichment activities. The Site Facilitator will provide guidance and support for site staff and maintain good general order and conduct among the children participating in the program. The Site Facilitator will work closely with the assigned school’s Principal and Coordinator of Expanded Learning to address and resolve challenges to daily program operations.

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Please attach to your application or be prepared to present if selected for a position. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO A FUTURE EXAMINATION. Positions are 3.5-4 hours per day. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements. Passing score on written examination.

Minimum of two years of relevant job related experience is required. Previous experience facilitating staff. College or university coursework in a related field is desired. 3.5 - 4 hour positions; Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave (*4 HR WITH BENEFIT PACKAGE).
