Facilities Technician

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our Central Facilities Team. Reporting to the Facilities Lead Technician, this role supports the daily repair, maintenance, and carpentry needs of our Troy Campus, with occasional assignments at other campuses. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general building maintenance and bring a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and equipment

• Support carpentry and build projects, including cabinetry and drywall work

• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Assist with painting, flooring, and general facility upkeep

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of general building maintenance or carpentry experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance practices (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

• Ability to lift 70 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks regularly

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
