Paralegal, Research & Contracts – ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. – Evansville, IN
ProgressiveHealth is a leading provider of healthcare and workplace solutions, supporting clients across the United States. Our team is dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and innovation in healthcare and corporate services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our corporate office and provide essential in-house legal support with a focus on research, contracts, and compliance. This role works closely with attorneys and business leaders to draft and review contracts, maintain contract databases, conduct legal research, and support organizational compliance initiatives. This is an in-office position based on the west side of Evansville, IN.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and process a variety of contracts.
- Maintain contract databases, track compliance, and ensure proper execution of agreements.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support attorneys, compliance, and business leaders.
- Summarize findings into clear reports, memos, and guidance for decision-making.
- Assist with corporate filings, intellectual property documentation, and form management.
- Support policy development, training materials, and compliance manuals.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to implement legal and policy requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Counsel and business operations, providing general in-house legal support.

What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Works independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Eligibility to Work
This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
