Worksite Location: St. Barts Apartments, 5364 Jackson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124

Certificates/Licenses: Must have certification in Housing Management and or be willing to obtain within six months of employment.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collects rent and handles delinquent accounts.
  • Complete daily recertification log, leasing activity and all necessary reports.
  • Complete lease, credit reports, addenda, acquire work history, verify previous landlord history, etc.
  • Prepares, processes, and signs all leases and related forms.
  • Makes bank deposits daily.
  • Complete move-in packages.
  • All other duties may be required from time to time to adequately carry out the responsibilities of Property Manager.

Education: High school or equivalent

Training: Willing to attend training seminar as required and to be knowledgeable in tax credit and PHFA rules and regulations.

Work Experience: Knowledge of financial matters and previous office experience in related field.
