POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for accurately verifying cash, chips, slot tickets, credit card cash advances, check cashing receipts, jackpot slips, fills, and credit slips, checks cashed outside the system, jackpot checks, and tax checks. Responsible for creating tax forms, verifying social security numbers, creating W2-Gs, 1042s jackpot, and tax checks. Responsible for accurately processing orders through the cash transfer system, verifying the money being transferred from each location before movement, and running the money to various locations. Solely responsible and accountable for assigned cash funds and completing bank accountability forms properly and completely.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Provide exceptional guest service to external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you, and Goodbye.
- Responsible for accurately verifying cash, chips, slot tickets, credit card cash advances, and check cashing receipts, jackpot slips, fills and credit clips, checks cashed outside the system, jackpot checks, and tax checks.
- Responsible for verifying and transporting cash, chips, slot tickets, checks, and credit card advance receipts specified by policy and procedure guidelines.
- Processes jackpots and is accountable for maintaining jackpot paperwork.
- Solely responsible and accountable for the verification and transportation during the shift and balancing paperwork, including all non-bankable paperwork, including end-of-shift balance sheets, money orders, checks, and credit card cash advance receipts.
- Created tax forms, verified social security numbers, created W2-G’s, 1042’s jackpots, and tax checks.
- Responsible for accurately processing orders through the cash transfer system, verifying the money being transferred from each location before movement, and running the money to various locations.
- Solely responsible and accountable for assigned cash funds and completing bank accountability forms properly and completely.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the utmost accuracy in processing paperwork and payments of cash or equivalent.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and a high concentration to perform all required job duties.
- Must be able to prioritize various job duties that must be done simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computers and the operation of a 10-key calculator.
- Must process transactions accurately and expeditiously and keep variance to an absolute minimum.
- Must lift 40 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
- Must obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (including an extensive background check).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a math test.
- All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree or GED
- One year of cashier experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
