Job purpose
Responsible for maintaining stocked and clean snack areas, filling inventory, purchasing and pickup, daily coffee machine maintenance, and events manual labor support.
Duties and responsibilities
Managing Snack Bar & Coffee Machine (70%)
- Shopping in person and online at Costco, Sam’s Club, etc. weekly or as needed
- Restocking daily the multiple areas of inventory
- Proactive in stocking new and international options
- Updating inventory in Square
- Cleaning spaces daily
- Maintaining the kiosk
Supporting Events (30%)
- Shopping, purchasing, and delivering of bulk items, food, supplies, etc.
- Supporting Events for manual labor in preparation of events, during events, and breakdown
Other responsibilities as required by supervisor
Requirements

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications
- High school degree
- Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in a food or retail environment, required

Working conditions
- This job is on-campus, with weekday daily requirements.
- This is a part-time position. Ten hours per week are expected, with an increase of hours around event days.
