We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Department. This role is responsible for supporting end users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT help desk requests, ensuring timely follow-up and issue closure
- Track and report recurring technical issues to identify trends and recommend long-term solutions
- Set up and maintain workstations, hardware, and peripheral devices (computers, printers, routers, etc.)
- Install, configure, and update software applications in line with company standards
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for hardware and software issues
- Manage and administer network user accounts, permissions, and access
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and mobile devices (computers, printers, cell phones, etc.) Review and process IT-related contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure IT storage and equipment areas remain organized and properly maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-service mindset
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and peripheral hardware
- Familiarity with internet security and data privacy best practices
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
