Kitchen Support Staff
Location: Mills Springs
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, guaranteed hours and schedule
- Thus - Sat 10:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hr and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Washing all service ware, pots and pans, etc.
- Stores and organizes all dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, and other equipment
- Keeps dish room and all work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
- Keeps dish room floor and floor drains clean
- Empties trash, recycling, and compost
- Performs other cleaning related duties as directed
- Performs serving duties as directed by the Executive Chef
- Performs meal prep duties as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extend periods of time
- Ability to work with variously chemicals associated with cleaning and sanitizing
