Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Laborer to work at our facility. This position is perfect for candidates with little to no experience but who would enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our product leaves the facility packaged and labeled correctly. The primary purpose of this position is performing a variety of shipping functions to ensure that products are sent out in an orderly and timely manner.

What You’ll Do

 

1. Receive and review daily work orders.
2. Verify quantity and quality of orders.
3. Build and store crates.
4. Wrap, package, ship, and load items in a timely manner. 
5. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately
6. Receive and unload freight both manually or with equipment, including forklifts

 

Requirements

• Required:
  • High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with supplies and equipment.

1. Basic knowledge of shipping software, including FedEx, UPS, labeling, and barcoding programs. 
2. One (1) or more years of hand-on experience in a shipping department.
