Job Purpose & Scope:

Provides comprehensive technical support and supports management of the Bank’s enterprise content management (ECM) document storage applications and scanner hardware. Supports projects and analysis related to the organization’s ECM system security, procedures, and compliance.

 

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Implements, troubleshoots, and tests ECM imaging and document workflow technology platforms while maintaining the Bank’s documented security policies to ensure maximum availability.
  2. Supports projects involving the analysis, maintenance, implementation, and testing of ECM application servers, database servers, and hardware.
  3. Designs and orchestrates new feature and regression testing scripts for ECM vendors and other business units, as necessary.
  4. Consults with users to determine hardware, software or system functional needs or solutions.
  5. Assists with maintenance and implementation of industry standard security and redundancy strategies.
  6. Escalates complex issues to senior analysts or management, as needed. 
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

  1. General knowledge of relevant windows server, application, and database technology or enterprise software content management application administration.

  2. Ability to support, test, and identify general hardware and software problems in virtualized Windows Server/Windows PC environment.

  3. Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with team members, managers, and vendors.

  4. Ability to learn and apply technical standards and best practices related to document and information handling and testing.

  5. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  6. Ability to prioritize work effectively under general supervision.

  7. Ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision making.

  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  9. Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.

  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  13. Ability to work flexible and extended hours, participate in on-call rotation, and travel on company business, as needed.

  14. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or in related “STEM” field, or commensurate work experience, required.
  2. 2+ year of work experience in an enterprise server environment analyzing, administering, and troubleshooting virtualized Windows servers and imaging and documenting workflow applications, required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certification in Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), CompTIA Server+, VMWare VCP, and/or related technical certification, preferred.
