We’re hiring Financial Services Administrators to join our growing operations team in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive full training, work in a supportive and collaborative environment, and develop a long-term career in a fast-moving industry.

What you’ll be doing:
The Banking team are responsible the banking operations on several different FNZ clients’ platforms. Operating accounts held with a selection of the major banks, the team use sophisticated internal systems and external online bank account systems to manage the daily flow of payments and receipts.
- Daily processing of payments and receipts, including critical regulatory funding payments
- Processing of cheques, new accounts and account closures
- Setting up and maintenance of Direct Debits
- Dealing with queries from internal contacts
- Dealing with our external banking partners and managing complex queries
- Updating the internal administration systems with transaction data
You’ll receive full training in our systems and processes and be supported by approachable, experienced colleagues as you settle into the role.
