Supply Chain Coordinator chez Standard Beverage

We’re seeking a sharp and dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment to join our Supply Chain team in Lenexa. The Account Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across our company.

• Input approved freight costs into company systems accurately and on time.
• Coordinate shipment consolidation across East and West Coast operations to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Crosstrain with the supply chain team to build end-to-end process knowledge and provide coverage during absences.
• Manage ad-hoc requests and related duties, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide timely, professional updates to customers and internal teams on order status, inventory, logistics activities, and issue resolution to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs regularly to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, including ERP, CRM, EDI, and other tracking tools.

• High level of integrity, commitment, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills (phone/email).
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience; background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
