Your Impact

As Maintenance Planning Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operational success. You’ll lead the Reliability Team, ensuring maintenance activities are planned, executed, and continuously improved to drive equipment efficiency and meet key performance targets.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Full accountability for mechanical/electrical maintenance planning

  • Driving improvements in OEE (from 60% to 90%+)

  • Leading root cause analysis and reliability investigations

  • Managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

  • Optimising maintenance schedules and work order compliance

  • Reducing downtime and repair times through strategic planning

  • Supporting business analysis and KPI reporting

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Expertise in CMMS systems and reliability engineering
