About the role

Are you ready to shape the future of CPG brands? The Senior Strategist plays a vital role in developing and delivering brand and design strategies that truly move people. This position demands a deep understanding of the CPG category, translating powerful brand strategies into actionable creative briefs that inspire innovative design solutions. You will be a self-sufficient and highly motivated individual, capable of managing projects from inception to completion and collaborating effectively with our cross-functional teams.

In this dynamic role, you will lead strategic thinking for key accounts, developing insightful brand strategies encompassing positioning, architectures, and narratives that resonate. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, competitive analyses, and crafting compelling creative briefs that ignite creativity. You will collaborate closely with client leadership and design teams, presenting strategic recommendations that captivate and staying current with CPG industry trends and youth culture. You will also work across various CPG accounts, proactively enhancing our strategic offering, contributing to our vibrant team culture, and driving innovation workshops. A key aspect is building strong client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder groups to drive consensus, and empowering others to be ambassadors for our agency’s thinking.

 
About you

You’ll ideally have experience in a brand or design agency, possessing a proven track record of developing and delivering successful brand strategies, particularly within a variety of CPG categories. You have a solid understanding and hands-on experience in packaging design, including structural and graphic considerations, and proficiency in brand identity design systems across various touchpoints.

Experience in creating limited edition products and propositions is highly valued, alongside a strong ability to translate brand strategies into powerful creative strategies. You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, thriving on working independently and collaboratively, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with both global and local brands, and in brand communications, is a definite plus.
