HHL Operations  

Daily Tasks 

• Service/Operations Support 

• Drafting and preparing lift and transport plan packages (tendering) 

• Maintaining HHL engineering library including specs and records 

• HHL parts research, sourcing and logistics  

• HHL WO management (JDE/Rentalman) 

• HHL PO requests both JDS & WO based 

Weekly Tasks 

• Service records filing & management 

• Maxim University/SharePoint filing & organization 

• Equipment inspection/checklist filing 

Monthly/Periodic and Major Project Coordination Tasks 

• Heavy haul project logistical support and coordination including:  

• Support equipment (forklifts, manlifts, portalets, etc) 

• Bucket/utility trucks 

• Route surveys 

• Permits 

• Escorts (police, private, third party) 

• Scheduler/dispatcher/payroll assistant when ops manager is in the field 

• HHL Employee screening/drug test coordination 

• Assist with inventory management 

• New equipment commissioning documentation & filing 

• Payroll processing and time reporting (essential when Miles is out) 

• Travel arrangements for field superintendents & operators 

Skills/Proficiencies key to HHL support 

• EasyLoad and Salsa SPMT transport planning software 

• Autodesk-CAD and Solidworks operator 

• JDE/Rentalman
