Job Summary:
B&A is currently searching for an Administrative Partner to strategically support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior leadership team members as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for CEO and other C-Suite executives, as requested
- Draft, review, and send official communications on behalf of CEO
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages, and information directed to the CEO
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Plans and executes complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations, ground transportation, and contingency plans for the C-suite and leadership team
- Manages special projects or initiatives assigned by the C-suite
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and cross-departmental progress to ensure initiatives stay on course and the C-suite has actionable updates
- Maintain various records and documents for CEO
- Serves as the primary point of contact between the CEO, and other C-suite executives as requested, with Internal/external stakeholders
- Briefs the CEO before meetings, and ensures communications are clear, timely, and aligned with company goals
Education and Experience
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of executive administrative support experience supporting C-Suite and/or senior leadership
Required Skills
- Handles sensitive information, from financial documents to personnel matters, with strict confidentiality
- Strong self-organization, problem-solving, and time management skills, with considerable emphasis on self-initiation and independent decision making.
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Expertise in Office365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Desired Skills
- Persistent approach to follow-up on tasks, with suburb attention to detail.
- Experience supporting meetings using video teleconferencing technologies such as Microsoft Teams.
- Previous experience supporting a large dynamic team fast paced team.
- Experience working with government agencies
