We’re looking for a Regional Property Manager (RPM) to lead a portfolio of communities with a balance of operational excellence, financial performance, and people leadership. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Drive portfolio performance: monitor occupancy, collections, and expenses, ensuring NOI growth and strong financial health.
Lead operations: oversee budgets, marketing strategies, contract negotiations, and capital planning.
Deliver results: ensure properties meet company KPIs on occupancy, resident experience, and compliance.
Build high-performing teams: mentor, coach, and develop Community Managers and site staff; hold teams accountable to Gold Standard service.
Protect quality: enforce building standards, preventive maintenance, and emergency response procedures.
Represent leadership: partner with Directors and the President on strategy, reporting, and growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years as a successful Community Manager (multi-site/RPM experience strongly preferred).
Proven record of driving occupancy, NOI, and operational success.
Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable.
Knowledge of property management laws, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant requirements.
Comfortable with travel, after-hours emergencies, and managing across multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred (certifications like CAM/CAPS a plus).
