Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports all aspects of Talent Acquisition by overseeing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics for JRM. This role will help deliver a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, while maintaining accurate reporting, documentation, and process efficiency. Working closely with all members of TA, the Coordinator contributes to daily operations as well as broader departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Partner with the TA team to deliver an exceptional interview and onboarding experience for all candidates and new hires.
- Schedule and facilitate on-site and virtual interviews across multiple locations, managing communications via phone and email as needed.
- Input and maintain candidate information in the ATS and HRIS, keeping statuses up to date and sending timely communications as appropriate.
- Post, manage, and close job requisitions in the ATS, ensuring accuracy of open, filled, and expired postings.
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions for new and existing roles.
- Assist with resume review, phone screenings, and interview coordination for interns, rotation program participants, and entry-level candidates as assigned.
- Generate and maintain TA reporting, providing insights to support team and leadership decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and accurately capture meeting minutes and action items as needed.
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable handling confidential information for prospective candidates and new hires.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Computer Systems
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), LinkedIn, Greenhouse or other ATS (preferred but not required).
Salary Requirements
- $60,000 - 65,000/year
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
