🌟Workforce Strategy & Staffing Manager

Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Workforce Strategy and Staffing Manager! We’re looking for a staffing leader in Raliegh, NC to oversee contingent workforce management in our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about staffing strategy, workforce scalability, and leading high-performing teams, this is your chance to make a major impact at the largest trading card printer in the world.

Location: Raliegh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, onsite with cross-functional team support
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do:

  • Lead contingent workforce management for 1,000+ employees across 24/7 operations

  • Act as the primary point of contact with MSPs and staffing vendors, ensuring compliance and performance

  • Mentor and develop a team of staffing coordinators to drive excellence and accountability

  • Partner with operations leaders to forecast labor needs and maintain workforce flexibility

  • Monitor staffing KPIs (fill rates, time-to-fill, turnover, overtime) and implement continuous improvement strategies

  • Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor contract compliance in partnership with Finance

  • Resolve escalated staffing challenges with proactive and cost-effective solutions

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of staffing or workforce management experience, including 2+ years in leadership

  • Proven success managing 1,000+ contingent workers in manufacturing, logistics, or 24/7 operations

  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce models, MSP/VMS systems, and workforce data management

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
