The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team during a pivotal period of transition and growth. In this key role, you’ll report directly to the Accounting Manager and provide essential accounting support to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to contribute to the success of a high-performing team. You’ll play a hands-on role in month-end close, cash management, audit preparation, and financial reporting—all while collaborating closely across departments.

This is a Full-Time Temporary position lasting from 10/1/2025 through 3/31/2026

This role reports to the Accounting Manager on the Finance Team. 

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation - Proficiency in analyzing large data sets, financial KPIs, and manufacturing and other metrics.
  • Communication & Cross Functional Collaboration - Able to translate financial concepts for non-financial teams (e.g., operations, production, logistics).
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking - Strong decision-making ability grounded in financial data.
  • Technology Proficiency - Experience with finance and manufacturing software (NetSuite is a plus) as well as knowledge of business intelligence tools. Advanced Excel skills. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with all aspects of the year-end audit, including preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support and monitor financial controls, ensure compliance with reporting processes and applicable accounting standards, and develop documentation and procedural guidelines for key accounting processes.
  • Manage workload to complete all activities accurately and within established timeframes and month-end deadlines.
  • Prepare various presentation materials for ad hoc meetings, collaborating with various groups as needed.
  • Work closely with the FP&A team regarding accounting, reporting, and analysis related to different departments.
