Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is seeking a Litigation Support Project Manager to join our Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys managing complex litigation matters and collaborating across departments. This role will be responsible for managing discovery workflows, coordinating client intake and project staffing, overseeing billing processes, and maintaining direct communication with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in the full life cycle of complex litigation. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in litigation support or case coordination, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of litigation procedures.
Position Reports to: Litigation Practice Group Leaders, Matt Lavin
Overall Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Manage discovery workflows across a variety of litigation matters, ensuring timely and accurate execution of document review, production, and related processes.
- Coordinate staffing needs for project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, to support case strategy and deadlines.
- Oversee billing processes related to litigation support, including tracking time, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with court guidelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on client intake/litigation support matters, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the lifecycle of each case.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams to streamline litigation support operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for active matters, including timelines, task lists, and status updates.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support, case coordination, or legal project management within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, including discovery and e-discovery management, trial preparation, and client communication.
- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Basic data analytics skills and experience using Excel
- Prior experience with multi-district litigation strongly preferred
- Proficient with Relativity database.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe software programs.
Mental/Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Indoor offices with controlled temperatures with limited exposure to noise, dust, chemicals.
- Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
- May sit for long periods of time.
- Crouching, kneeling standing, walking, pushing pulling and lifting occasionally
- Operating a personal computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment on a regular basis.
- Must be able to express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
- Must have the ability to convey detailed information in a clear and concise manner through spoken word.
- Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
Hours
Full-time; Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30 (1-hour lunch); flexibility required

Exempt
Salary Range
$135,000-$160,000
