Job Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position while meeting or exceeding annual goals and objectives are as follows:
- Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions.
- Provide accurate reporting of paperwork and labor hours to the supervisor.
- Assist other areas on the production floor, including the assembly line if necessary.
- Load and unload the powder coating line’s monorail conveyor.
- Operate powder coating ovens to cure powder coated assemblies and components.
- Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work.
- Communicate with the Team Lead regarding production schedule problems or delays.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equvialent
- Must comply with Legal and Corporate Responsibilities
- 1-2 Years of Powder Coat or Manufacturing Experience
