POSITION SUMMARY: Plans and coordinates with POD Production Supervisor and Senior Production Coordinator for activities associated with Routing Operations, the Print On Demand process, and backup duties for Press Operations at the Bentonville Production Facility.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for lead operations on routing tables. (Daily production duties, Maintenance, Cleaning)
- Coordinates with Senior Production Coordinator to confirm production schedule, assignment of daily duties, and all pertinent timelines.
- Works with Senior Production Coordinator for training on press operations to ensure Press support is available when necessary.
- Coordinates with POD Production Supervisor to provide support for daily POD operations, general production fulfillment as necessary.
- Coordinates activities with project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
- Will perform all printing and finishing requirements for all POD orders when necessary.
- Actively pursues practices that lead to project cost reductions to positively affect margins and profit
- Punctuality and Regular attendance are required on the job.

- Review of orders and delivery dates.
- Project outcomes and results are delivered in a safe, competent, and efficient manner as determined by internal and external processes.
- Conduct and interpersonal relationships contribute positively to the delivery of projects and services, and to orderly operation of the department and the organization.
- Proficient in Sit-down Forklift Operations – moving product around warehouse, loading/unloading trucks.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 3 or 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Existing experience related to printing and managing print preferred, but not necessary. The position requires the candidate to understand print specs along with the related art work. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Special Skills/Qualifications: Must have knowledge of all functions necessary to complete projects including but not limited to: Logistics, Production, Installation and Operations. Strong communication and organizational skills a must.
MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The incumbent must manage stress appropriately; make decisions under pressure; handle multiple priorities, work alone; work in areas that are confined and/or crowded.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: The incumbent will never be exposed to toxins, chemicals, detergents, and extreme temperatures (30degrees F – 115 degrees F), dust, fumes, moving mechanical parts, x-ray/electromagnetic energy, high pitched noises, Communicable diseases, or gases. The incumbent will spend approximately 100% of their time indoors.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: SEDENTARY WORK: Lifting 75 lbs. maximum and frequently lifting and/or carrying articles.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds with mechanical assistance. The incumbent will sit 5% of the time and stand/walk 95% of the time.
