Reconciliation Clerk chez Arcade Beauty

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain and organize label inventory
2. Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of incoming and outgoing labels
3. Coordinate and fulfill label requests from production teams by working with Staging Coordinator
4. Perform quality checks on labels to ensure they meet company and customer specifications
5. Report any discrepancies or damaged labels to the appropriate department
6. Maintain accurate records of all label transactions, including incoming, outgoing, and rejected labels
7. Work closely with production, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate label distribution
8. Maintain a clean and organized label room
