Are you looking for…

  • Time back in your day
  • Flexible schedule including work-from-home options
  • Paid time off
  • Fun working environment?
  • Tuition reimbursement?
  • Growth & development

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!

At FNIC, loss control and risk management aren’t just boxes to check—they’re powerful programs that keep people safe and help businesses thrive. As a Loss Control Consultant, you’ll partner with our clients across industries like general business, construction, transportation, and agriculture to create safety solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Whether you’re a seasoned safety professional or just starting to build your expertise, this role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in workplaces every day. You’ll also team up with our agents to help clients navigate OSHA, DOT, workers’ compensation, and other safety regulations with confidence.

This role includes travel to client facilities, job sites, and other FNIC locations (occasionally out of state)—where you’ll have the chance to make the greatest impact.

What’s the work like?

You’ll be the trusted guide who helps clients…

  • Conduct safety audits, site assessments, and policy reviews to identify potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through OSHA and DOT assessments
  • Develop practical, results-driven safety programs that reduce losses and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with carriers, claims teams, and customer service for a holistic client experience
  • Lead safety trainings and orientations (from onboarding to specialized hazard education)
  • Support clients before, during, and after regulatory reviews
  • Stay current on evolving safety standards, trends, and certifications
  • Provide clear reports, action plans, and follow-ups that make risk management approachable

This is a role where you’ll consult, educate, and empower clients to build safer workplaces—while also growing your own expertise.
