Pleasant Hill R-III School District
is seeking an As Needed Administrator
Purpose: The As Needed Administrator would conduct investigations in compliance with district policy and legal requirements. This position will be called upon on an as-needed basis to assist with matters requiring impartial review and documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations in accordance with district procedures.
Collect, analyze, and evaluate evidence, including interviews, documents, and other relevant materials.
Prepare detailed investigative reports with findings and recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure due process throughout the investigation process.
Collaborate with district administration to ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications
Missouri Administrative certification is required.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of Board Policy AC (Prohibition Against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation) and Board Policy ACA (Prohibition Against Harassment and Retaliation).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain impartial, objective, and professional in all investigative matters.
Commitment to upholding district values of equity, fairness, and student/staff well-being.

Reports to: Assistant Superintendent or designee
Schedule: As needed; hours vary depending on investigative assignments
Compensation: Based on per diem administrative rate
