The Role
Join our expanding digital team within Monahans, focusing on data ingestion and transformation.
- Play a key role in extracting, cleaning, and preparing client financial data
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the data collection and formatting process.
- Support our internal teams by understanding their data needs and preparing information that enhances client service delivery
- Take part in training programmes to develop both technical and professional skills.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of professional services, where data and automation play an increasingly central role.
The Person
- An interest in data, technology, and how systems support business insight.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability, demonstrated through education or work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies in data
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and develop new technical skills in a supportive environment.
- A self-starter who is curious, motivated, and ready to build a career in the digital space.
