Are you a kitchen enthusiast eager to help others find the best cooking tools and gadgets? ProCook is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, guiding them to find the perfect products that meet their culinary needs.
Your Role Includes:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting products.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our kitchenware range.
- Processing sales transactions and managing customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
This is a part-time 9hrs/week position based in our Bideford Store.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in sales is required.
- A genuine interest in kitchenware and cooking.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various hours to meet store needs.
