About the Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Support
- Identify, pitch, and convert SMSF clients via inbound, outbound, and partner referrals.
- Support pipeline conversion from events and campaigns with proactive follow-ups and tailored client support.
- Develop and maintain sales resources (presentations, FAQs, onboarding guides) to strengthen client engagement.
- Track and report SMSF acquisition metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and AUM.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Deliver a white-glove client experience for high-value SMSF investors, including concierge onboarding and ongoing account support.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and deepen client engagement through structured account management.
- Act as the first escalation point for SMSF clients, ensuring a seamless service journey.
3. Market & Product Feedback
- Capture and communicate real-time client insights to product and leadership.
- Shape enhancements to the SMSF value proposition (e.g., advisor tools, tax solutions, staking).
- Support the SMSF Innovation Council with relationship management and integration of council feedback.
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years in sales support, business development, or partnerships in fintech, superannuation, wealthtech, or crypto.
- Proven track record of driving acquisition in high-trust, compliance-led environments.
- Strong relationship management skills with advisors, accountants, or HNW investors.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating client needs into commercial outcomes.
- Resilient, autonomous, and metrics-driven.
