Overview:
NTT DATA is seeking a strategic Wealth Management Director who will be responsible for selling and delivering NTT DATA solutions and services, while leading the wealth management value offering to new and existing clients.
Role Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overarching wealth management strategy, fostering innovation and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-impact value to
- Opportunity Development & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Banking & Wealth Management world. Provide strategic insight and a broad business perspective throughout the full opportunity lifecycle—from qualification and stakeholder engagement to proposal development, presentations, and relationship
- Innovation & Evolution: Champion continuous evolution of offerings by promoting innovative solutions that expand and enhance the firm’s value proposition within the wealth management
- Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture a diverse portfolio of client relationships, supporting long-term growth and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in engaging clients across varied backgrounds and business practices.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Cultivate strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders to establish robust go-to-market. Set clear expectations for revenue growth and ensure alignment across sales and delivery teams.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to established processes and compliance with client. Maintain a high standard of delivery by managing tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations through meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.
- Operational Management: Lead key operational functions including forecasting, budgeting, and purchase order administration. Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency across all engagements.
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team that supports multiple clients across diverse. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration across both sales and delivery functions.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience in Sales Leadership: 10+ years leading complex sales pursuits and managing high-value transactions, with a strong ability to navigate sophisticated deal structures and client environments.
- Wealth Management and Consulting Background: At least 3 years in a senior-level role within a consulting firm, specifically focused on wealth management, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and client engagement.
- Proven Revenue Impact: Consistent track record of generating multi-million-dollar revenue annually through strategic sales execution and relationship development.
- Technology-Driven Consulting Expertise: Deep understanding of the banking consulting landscape where technology plays a central role in solution delivery and client transformation.
- Global Delivery Experience: Demonstrated success in managing projects for U.S.-based banking clients while effectively leveraging offshore capabilities to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Experience in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to integrate consulting expertise with business strategy to develop compelling sales and marketing plans.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, decision-makers, C-suite executives, and industry influencers across diverse sectors.
- Partnership Development: Proven ability to initiate, cultivate, and lead multiple strategic partnerships that expand market reach and enhance service offerings.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Strong presentation capabilities with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Navigation: Comfortable operating within a complex, multi-layered matrix organization, adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs and internal dynamics.
- Language & Cultural Fluency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with demonstrated cross-cultural experience and business fluency across the U.S. and Latin American markets.
