Your Impact

As a Principal Producer, you play a key leadership role in shaping how our projects are delivered and are an expert at organization, communication, collaboration, and adaptability. You will be responsible for the organizational health, alignment, and effectiveness of your teams, ensuring they are empowered to do their best work while driving toward product goals.

This role requires an experienced producer who can adapt across phases of development. You will work directly with the team and project leaders to plan strategically, set teams up for utmost success and velocity, and mitigate roadblocks as they appear. You’ll also mentor other producers and leads, supporting craft growth across the studio.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Strategic Execution
  
  
• Translate product priorities into clear, data-driven, and actionable roadmaps that optimize for the highest player value.
• Be agile in your approach to production, pulling from your toolkit to manage different phases of production and teams in varied areas of development (art, design, tech, etc.)
• Guide cross-functional groups to stay aligned and optimize for velocity, allowing delivery on time and at quality.

• Take ownership of key initiatives throughout development, proactively identifying risks and solving challenges.
• Own large-scale problem solving by collaborating with project, studio, and partner leaders.
• Serve as a bridge between the team and leadership by acting as a trusted escalation point.

• Mentor producers and team leads, helping them develop leadership skills and the studio’s production bench strength.
• Align leadership teams on shared goals while promoting team health, cohesion, and development excellence.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of production experience in AAA PC/console development, with demonstrated success leading cross-disciplinary teams of 100+ developers.
  
  
• Experience adapting production practices across different phases of development, from concept to ship.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver projects at scale.
  
  
• Strong instincts for risk management, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.
  
  
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
  
  
• A passion for playing strategy games and making experiences that inspire and endure
