Trueline is seeking a Contracts Administrator – Civil Construction to join their team in [Location]. This role will support large, multiphase, multimillion dollar design and construction projects, ensuring contracts are properly administered, compliant, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do as the Contracts Administrator – Civil Construction:
- Draft, distribute, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers across all project phases
- Track and process contract changes, ensuring adherence to company/project specs and internal policies
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to close out pending contracts, insurance, or documentation
- Maintain accurate and up to date logs (contractor/supplier, change order, insurance, etc.) and ensure all documents are properly executed
- Monitor and enforce deadlines for contract deliverables and compliance
- Organize and store contract related documentation per department/project procedures
Contracts Administrator – Civil Construction Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of contract administration experience on complex, multiphase, multimillion dollar construction projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction scopes, terminology, and associated processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work with contract templates or similar tools
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Nice to Haves as the Contracts Administrator – Civil Construction:
- Experience with contract management software or document control systems
- Familiarity with change orders, insurance/subcontractor risk management, or supplier performance tracking
- Previous exposure to design build, public sector contracts, or civil infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of procurement/purchasing workflows
