POSITION: Internal Mail Courier - Company Vehicle Provided
SCHEDULE: M-F 10am-2pm (20hrs/week)
LOCATION: All Programs - Cecil County, Harford County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Catonsville, Glen Burnie
PAY: $15hr
POSITION PURPOSE: The Internal Courier is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of mail, packages, and documents between company locations and departments, This role ensures smooth internal communication and logistics, supporting overall operational efficiency.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collect, sort, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents to various company locations.
· Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered securely and on time.
· Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
· Communicate effectively with staff and departments regarding deliveries and pick-ups.
· Report any discrepancies, damages, or lost items promptly.
· Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition, following company safety policies and procedures.
DESIRABLE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to lift and carry packages up to a reasonable weight (typically 25–50 lbs).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with company locations and basic route planning.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily involves driving between company sites, with occasional walking or carrying packages within office buildings.
