JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing support to the Physician Outreach team within Piedmont Healthcare. Assists in developing and implementing B2B outreach strategy. Serves as a liaison between physician outreach and internal resources (graphic designers, public relations, internal communications, purchasing and other corporate departments). Communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner. Proactively provides assistance to the team when the business requires additional resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform ongoing research of clients, prospects and competitors2. Assist with the development and execution of comprehensive B2B sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to support the objectives of the organization3. Actively research trends and provide marketing recommendations, enhancements and strategies to management4. Collaborate with physician outreach team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches5. Maintain and expand the company’s database of leads and prospects including the creation and updating of mailing lists6. Fulfill team and external customer literature requests 7. Develop solid understanding of client needs and market opportunities8. Assist with the development of presentations9. Coordinate events

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2 years of marketing and/or sales experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in healthcare preferred. Experience with research and analysis of data preferred. Experience with editing collateral preferred
