Janitorial Working Supervisor chez Clean Team

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and getting the job done right? We're looking for multiple Janitorial Working Supervisors to join our growing team!

In this role you will:

• Support the Territory Manager with daily operations and open assignments.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing team members.
• Lead by example with janitorial tasks to ensure the highest cleaning standards.
• Foster a positive, and efficient work environment.

We are looking for strong leadership and a willingness to step in and work alongside team members and managers. You must be dependable, detail oriented, have a driver's license, and be able to multitask. Previous janitorial or leadership experience is a plus. There is opportunity for growth and advancement.
