Position

What is the role?

• Takes ownership of all queries to resolve outstanding parking charges from individuals

• dealing with inbound calls to achieve first call resolution

• Managing admin work to include some outbound dialling on a daily basis

• Managing difficult conversations with respect and able to achieve all quality guidelines

• Using in house CRM systems to take payments, set up payment plans and record all interactions

• Using knowledge base and SharePoint to ensure transparent information is provided to callers

• Achieving and exceeding personal and team KPI’s

• Confident in all aspects of customer communication both verbally and written.

• Ability to demonstrate the company values of Respect – Integrity – Transparency and Accountability

Other information

• Basic Salary of £23,810 with OTE of £28k and realistic earnings of £32K

• 37.5 hours a week on a rota between 8.00am and 6pm

• Full-Time permanent position

• Extensive training and Academy programme

The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check before an offer of employment is made.
