Join us as Iberia Brand Manager, where you'll play a key role in executing marketing strategies and elevating brand awareness in Spain and Portugal—with a special focus on growing our presence in Portugal.
�� What You’ll Do
- Implement impactful marketing campaigns and promotions aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with distributors and points of sale to ensure flawless execution.
- Adapt marketing messages and materials to local market needs and cultural nuances.
- Monitor campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments to maximize impact.

- Support events and activations at points of sale.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and perceptions.
- Help manage relationships with distributors and business partners.
- Contribute to product launches and campaign rollouts.
�� Who you are
- You bring 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
- You’re a creative multitasker with a results-driven mindset.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- You’re fluent in English, have a medium level of Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.
