What will you do?
El/la Primer Maitre será responsable de liderar la operación diaria del restaurante en un hotel de 5 estrellas, con especial atención a la excelencia en el servicio y la atención a clientes del segmento MICE. Este perfil debe contar con experiencia demostrada en entornos de alta exigencia, donde la coordinación de eventos, convenciones y congresos es parte fundamental de la actividad.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Dirigir y supervisar el equipo de sala y colaborar estrechamente con el resto de departamentos para garantizar un servicio fluido y de alta calidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares propios de un hotel de 5*, tanto en atención al cliente como en presentación y servicio.
- Coordinar la operativa del restaurante durante eventos MICE, adaptando el servicio a las necesidades específicas de grupos y convenciones.
- Gestionar inventarios, pedidos y control de costes, optimizando recursos sin comprometer la calidad.
- Implementar protocolos de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Atender personalmente a clientes VIP y grupos corporativos, asegurando una experiencia personalizada y satisfactoria.
- Elaborar informes de rendimiento, KPIs y propuestas de mejora continua.
- Participar en la planificación estratégica del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas, colaborando con otros responsables del hotel.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Jefe/a de Restaurante en hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas.
- Conocimiento profundo del sector MICE y experiencia en gestión de servicios durante eventos y convenciones.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos.
- Orientación al cliente, proactividad y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y exigentes.
- Nivel alto de inglés; se valorarían otros idiomas
- Formación en Hostelería, Turismo o similar.
