Product Designer chez Seekho

Job Title: Jr. Product Designer
Location: Bangalore, KA – On-site (5 days/week)
Experience: 1–3 years

Important Note

We will begin this role with a 2–3 month paid internship (handsomely compensated per month). Based on performance during this period, the role will be converted into a full-time Product Designer position.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric and visually compelling experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and shipping impactful products that align with our goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and ship high-quality projects in line with product timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively.
• Conduct user research and apply design thinking principles to create user-centered solutions.
• Maintain high design standards by incorporating feedback and conducting regular design reviews.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year of hands-on product design experience in a B2C technology ecosystem.
• Skills: Proficiency in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and visual design.
• Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• AI: Proven familiarity with AI tools to produce quality work and accelerate the design process.
• Work Environment: Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.

Non-Negotiables

• A portfolio showcasing ownership of design projects and case studies.
• Prior experience in designing for B2C products.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
