The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle at Cronos Europa, covering both client-facing and internal roles. The position involves recruiting across various contract types and internal employment contracts. They work closely with internal stakeholders to attract and secure the right talent in line with project timelines and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and talent sourcing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various types of contracts (T&M, QTM, FP) and internal staffing needs.
    • o Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • o Review and screen candidate applications and resumes based on client and project-specific requirements.
  • o Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Map the candidate’s skills, experience, and educational background to the specific requirements of the applicable framework contracts, ensuring eligibility and compliance.
  • Participate in job fair activities, including liaising with event organizers, coordinating the company’s presence (e.g., stand preparation), and reviewing or following up on candidate databases collected during events.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by acting as a dedicated point of contact throughout the process.

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Collect and clarify recruitment needs from various stakeholders, including Account Managers, Service Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Business Development, and Internal Hiring Managers.
  • Align sourcing strategy and candidate profiles with project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Selection ad offer management

  • Assess and shortlist candidates and present them to relevant decision-makers.
  • Negotiate salary packages or daily rates in line with client and project budgets, as well as with internal policies.
  • Support internal processes to ensure all necessary steps are completed before the consultant’s starting date.

Recruitment administration

  • Adapt and format candidate CVs according to the specific requirements and templates of the relevant framework contract (FWC).
  • Prepare and complete all necessary supporting documents in line with FWC procedures (e.g. Letters of Intent, declarations, certificates).
  • Ensure the candidate’s documentation and data meet eligibility and audit requirements for the applicable FWC.

Contracting coordination

  • Coordinate with the Administrative and HR team to ensure all contractual documentation is prepared, validated, and signed before the consultant’s starting date.
  • Follow up with the client to ensure that all necessary approvals and other contractual formalities are completed on their side in due time.
  • Ensure proper handover once contractual steps are finalized.

Qualifications and experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration (or a related field) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience working with or recruiting for the European Institutions, international organizations, or large-scale framework contracts (e.g. T&M, QTM, FP) is a strong asset.
