Job Description:Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.
Within Business Unit Offshore, Project Execution is responsible for the contracting and execution of our construction projects. Our vision is to stay ahead of the competition by safely constructing next-generation offshore wind farms and leveraging our expertise during the planning and contracting phases to ensure successful project delivery.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated T&I Installation Manager Foundations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and installation of foundation structures for our offshore wind projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transportation and installation activities for foundation structures in offshore wind projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities for all team members.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing transportation and installation activities for offshore wind projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The ideal candidate is result-oriented and possesses an innovative technical management profile, with the ability to provide structure, set direction, define priorities, make informed decisions, and drive improvement and change management.
Additionally, we seek someone with an active, positive, open, and safe mindset, who is a true team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset.
