About this Position

In the Hair testing lab, the performance of our hair care products on hair strands is evaluated. A new hair testing method to evaluate specific effects of hair care products on hair strands needs to be implemented.

For this purpose a good technical understanding, methodical and analytical thinking is required. The device for this testing will be available. The methodology and the testing parameters need to be developed.

What you´ll do

• Take responsibility and drive your own project to implement a new hair testing method
• Develop a structured test setup to develop the method
• Engage with various internal and external partners to get solutions for implementing the method
• Design a methodology, based on your findings for further testing
• Perform feasibility studies with this new method on different hair types and product categories

What makes you a good fit

• Student in the field of chemical science with technical focus, engineering or cosmetic chemistry, who is looking for an internship in the technical testing on hair
• Additional background in analytics and affinity to digital tools is welcomed
• Fluent in English language, German language is preferred
• Structured team player with organizing ability and problem-solving mindset
• Independent and able to take initiative for a goal-oriented approach
• Power of endurance and patience
• Good analytical, conceptual skills and presentation skills

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
