Your role
• act as the single point of contact for clients regarding electronic trading solutions
• lead and coordinates various internal and external specialists including project teams
• work closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad
• act as the interface between external clients and internal cross-divisional entities in the areas of trading products and their related trading desks as well as support functions such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Custody and Business Technology
• build and foster a smooth and successful client relationship for clients in Switzerland and abroad
• identify and implement client requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way by always having the cost- / reward ratio in mind
• conduct periodical client reviews along with Sales and Business

Your expertise
• experience in Front, Mid or Back Office activities in a trading environment (Foreign Exchange) or as a Project Manager
• hands-on experience with direct client contact, excellent coordination- and fast learning skills combined with a good understanding of client relationship management
• strong collaboration and influencing skills including problem solving skills
• ability to multitask and to work under pressure / tight deadlines
• strong sense of ownership and leadership
• excellent communication skills in English and German, French or Italian is beneficial
