Westhaven Villa, our beautiful facility located in Aberdeen, WA has a current opening for a Maintenance position. This position would have you leading the maintenance team and coordinating facilities oversight. Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep;
• Competence in understanding and providing routine maintenance to electrical, plumbing and other systems;
• Must have the ability to understand and follow safety procedures and precautions as they apply to maintenance functions;
• Must be able to follow all Safety regulations;
• Must have good communication skills and be a strong team leader;
• Must have a strong commitment to customer service;
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 35 pounds, up to 30 time per shift;
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel and reach.
• Prior experience with seniors, or long-term care facility, is a plus!
