Great Opportunity for a Strong Licensed Practical Nurse with IL/AL & Management Experience!
AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Care Manager and Regional Assistant for our beautiful Independent Living Communities in Clinton Township and the surrounding areas.
This full-time salaried leadership role is ideal for a nurse with Independent Living (IL) or Assisted Living (AL) experience, combined with proven management and supervisory skills.
In this position, you will:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a primary Independent Living community
- Assist regional leadership across multiple IL communities with:
- Profit and loss oversight
- Billing and payroll support
- Waiver program management
- Staffing, scheduling, and recruitment
- Staff orientation and ongoing training
- Compliance and quality assurance initiatives
- General operational support to ensure company growth and stability

- Independent Living/Assisted Living Expertise – Strong knowledge of IL/AL communities and the unique needs of residents

Requirements
- Current Michigan LPN License
- Minimum 1+ year of experience (IL/AL leadership strongly preferred)
- TB Test and Current CPR Certification
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
- Demonstrated management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
