Family Wellness LLC - Custodian / Light Maintenance chez Family Wellness LLC

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, and light maintenance of Family Wellness properties.

Job Specific Competencies:

· Will perform basic cleaning duties such as vacuuming, removal of waste materials, wiping down of glass and mirrors, replacing paper and soap products. 

· Clean and disinfect the restrooms, lockers, and shower rooms. 

· Collect and/or remove soiled towels from the locker rooms and other parts of the facility and restock towels in locker rooms and fitness areas. 

· Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. 

· Perform floor care duties such as dry and wet mopping, stripping and waxing of floors, and carpet shampooing. 

· Remove snow from sidewalks and mow the grass around the facility.

· Prepare rooms for meetings and clean up following meetings.

· Performs routine maintenance checks of facilities. 

· Performs minor repairs such as painting, light bulb replacement, pool chemical testing.

· Minor equipment repairs.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position hours:

Monday - Friday: 2-10pm

Education, Experience, & Skills (Minimum Requirement):

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent along with two (2) years of directly related experience is required.
